How long will my job take?

Most jobs will take about 3-4 days if small, depending on what you want done it may take longer. In your quote you will have a start date and a estimated finish date, its only a estimated date due to weather or product supply problems or if you are getting architecture work done.

what if i want to change or variation to the job at any time during the CONSTRUCTION?

Yes, you can, making changes may affect the finish date and will incur a cost of extra hours or products cost or both. if it is a small change in the agreed design e.g. height of concrete of a wall, making it lower or smaller will not affect the agreed quote. but making a wall or slab/driveway bigger or changing the strength of the concrete or steel, will inherent a Variation cost. Only when agreed on the price of the Variation will the job continue.

Will there be a mess while construction work is in PROGRESS?

The honest answer is there will always be some mess with building anything, but we will always do our best to be tidy and clean and at the end of every day we will tidy and clean up the site.

what are the normal start times of the DAY?

Our start time is 7:00 am to 4:00 pm unless you residents is far away then the times may vary. but we will be in contact with you on estimated arrive time.
